Prices start at $150 per month.  Your account will be evaluated, and an individualized monthly flat rate will be created for your business needs.  Your company's gross revenue, number of accounts, transaction history, organizational methods,  adjustments and allocations, and customized reporting are factors when establishing your monthly flat rate.  Contact us for more information.

Fees include software set up, data entry, account reconciliations, adjusting entries, allocations, and requested  reports.  Fees are subject to change with the addition of accounts, increased transactions, or additional requested services.

Account Catch Up/Clean Up

Due to the unpredictable nature of this service, flat rates are not offered for this service. Fees are calculated at an hourly rate of $100. A non-refundable retainer may be required prior to working on your account, and is applied towards your houly fees.  Additional hourly blocks may be purchased, if necessary for completion.  Any unused purchased hourly blocks will be credited to your account.                                                 

Fees include data entry, adjusting entries, allocations, and requested  reports.

Fees include payroll processing for monthly and biweekly payroll frequencies.  Fees also include processing tax deposits, filing federal and state quarterly reports, filing federal and state annual reports, filing and distribution of W2 forms.

Fees do not include creation and/or implementation of employee time sheets, direct deposit fees, payroll taxes due, additional unscheduled payroll and/or tax deposits, amendments, online payroll subscriptions, customized summary reports, audit requests, employee requests, or multiple site reporting.       

Addition fees may be applied for multiple state filings. 

 ** As your employee base expands, processing time grows, as well as, the frequency of required tax deposits. ** 

 Quarterly Reporting

Quarterly Reports-  $200  

Fees include federal and state tax deposits, filing federal and state quarterly reports, filing federal and state annual reports, filing and distribution of W2 forms.  Payroll Processing not included.

Additional fees may be applied for multiple state filings. 

W2 Processing Only

W2 Processing-  $35 Set Up Fee, plus and additional $15 Per Employee Form          

Fees include filing and distribution of W2 forms.   Payroll Processing and quarterly reports are not included. 

1099 Preparation Fees

Perfect for those using the “shoebox” method, where you save all of your receipts throughout the year, often storing them in a shoebox, and then frantically try to make sense of it all come tax time. 

We sort, organize, and summarize your financial transactions, making filing easier.  This receipt summary is done by using the single-entry accounting method.  Fees are calculated at an hourly rate of $75
